Shipping & Handling Charges

We ship orders most anywhere. You can expect your order to ship approximately 10 business days after we receive approval of your artwork. Larger orders may require additional lead times. If you need your order sooner, please call or place your instructions in the "Special Instructions" section of your secure on-line order form. We will find the best way to get it to you on time and contact you to confirm any additional shipping charges that may apply for express shipping. Shipping charges vary due to many factors, such as delivery location, weight, type of fabric, and quantity. We use UPS unless it is more appropriate to ship via Priority Mail (for example Hawaii & some international orders.)

Deliveries

Order Cancellations

Cancellations/Changes

All changes or cancellations need to be made within 24 hours of order placement. After 24 hours, it is possible that your job may be "in production". It is very important that we are notified immediately if an order needs to be cancelled. There will be no cancellation fee unless the job is already in production. Once the job is printed, you are responsible for the product ordered.

Credit Application

Please complete, sign, print, and mail or fax the form to us. Our mailing address and fax number are on the form. Upon acceptance, our credit terms require payment within 30 days.
